The Anti-Diet Plan is a 6-week virtual program that buys you a one-way ticket off the diet-overeating-self-hatred rollercoaster so that you can get unstuck from old patterns and start living your “best life” right now.
You don’t have to live your life going on and off diet plans, feeling like a failure each time the diet fails: food freedom is possible.
I know what it’s like. For many years, I too believed that dieting was the path to happiness. I spent decades on and off various diet plans, feeling increasingly out-of-control with my eating, hating my body more and more with each failed cycle, and blaming myself for my inability to stick with the program long-term.
We are in the midst of an epidemic of body hatred. Over 90% of women and 50% of men feel dissatisfied with their body. 45 million people go on a diet each year and the average dieter does 4-5 diets per year. So, if you find yourself on and off diet-plans, always thinking that this next one will be the one to work, or that you just need to muster up the proper motivation, willpower, or discipline, know that you are not alone.
If you can relate, then you are in the right place.
Here’s the good news:
There is another way to heal your relationship with food.
One that doesn’t involve any diet plans, potions, pills, or special foods
all you need is your own body!
A 6-week program to help you radically change your relationship with food, your body, and yourself so that you can stop feeling like crap and get on with living the life you want to live..
But before I jump into telling you all about the program, I want to share a little with you about why I created the program.

“…the most seismic shift is my newfound ability to silence my inner bully. Learning to accept myself just as I am is so much harder than counting calories—but right now, it’s my primary objective…Truly allowing myself to eat what I want when I want it has been so incredibly liberating, and feeling in control of my food choices has made me feel more in control of my life as a whole. While seeking happiness and self-contentment, I’ve finally (finally!) made room for goals that can’t be measured by a scale.”
“…soon it will be a year since I discovered your Anti Diet Plan on Happify! Earlier today, I reflected on just how wonderful the holidays have been following my body’s signals and having an awesome, healthy relationship with ALL foods. I ate only what I truly wanted, and never had that bloated, regretful feeling doing so. I can’t thank you enough for your insight and continued reinforcement thru your weekly emails and FB videos!”

Your program tuition helps others HEAL too!
Dr. Conason believes that treatment should be accessible for ALL people struggling with patterns of disordered eating and eating disorders. To support this goal, 10% of the proceeds from The Anti-Diet Plan online program are donated to Project Heal.
Project HEAL provides access to healing for all people with eating disorders. Their mission is to make treatment more accessible by funding ED treatment for people struggling with eating disorders, including binge-eating disorder, who would not otherwise be able to afford treatment.
Not sure? Please contact us to discuss whether or not The Anti-Diet Plan could be a good fit for you. And if you are in treatment with a therapist or other professional, we can make it a team discussion!
