Question 3 of 7

If you are a pre-licensed eating disorder professional, please provide more information about your licensure status as well as any additional supervision you recieve.

Question 4 of 7

What are you looking for in a consultation group?

Question 5 of 7

Are you looking for a long-term or short-term consultation group?

This is an ongoing consultation group and the hope is for group members to be committed to attending group sessions on an ongoing basis. Of course, I understand that some may start the group only to discover it's not a good fit and that is okay but my hope is that people enter the group consultation with the intention to participate longer term.

Question 6 of 7

What is your schedule like?

If it seems like a good fit based on these questions, the next step is a consultation session with Dr. Alexis Conason to further assess goodness of fit, share more information about the consultation group, and answer any questions that you may have.
